​I'm Nicola, the founder of Harvey Heals Wellbeing & Training Consultancy.
As a former Senior Special Needs Educator & Mental Health Lead in Schools with over 15 years experience, I am passionate about supporting the wellbeing of children and adults.

With a compassion-focused outlook, I strive to embed evidence-based nurturing approaches into Harvey Heals's ethos and values.

When I am not running my wellbeing consultancy, I enjoy spending my spare time in nature by the sea, and exploring the South Downs in Sussex.
