WHO IS THIS FOR?: This course is ideal if you have an interest in using EFT to support yourself, family and friends. It's also ideal if you would like to progress onto Level Two (Intermediate) with Nicola, to practise EFT professionally with your clients or students.
​
You may also be an educator, therapist, coach, practitioner, or work in another client facing profession with an interest in using emotional freedom techniques to make a difference.​​
This course is also suitable for existing EFT Practitioners looking for refresher (CPD hours) training and accreditation.
This introductory one-day course is the first step to becoming an accredited professional EFT practitioner, if you wish to continue your training.Accredited Intermediate Level 2 of this course will be in June 2025. (please ask for more details).
​​​ABOUT THE FOUNDATION COURSE:
A solid grounding to understand the concepts and science behind Emotional Freedom Technique, including the practicalities, with opportunities to practise tapping. The syllabus is accredited by the EFT & Mindfulness Centre.​
You will learn safe, gentle, practical, fast-acting techniques which can be used to support and reduce:

​​HOW WILL I LEARN?: Through live, multi-sensory, and interactive sessions supported by a Master EFT Trainer. There will also be opportunities to ask questions, interact with others, ​and receive engaging learning materials.​​

​WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE: You will gain the knowledge confidence, and understanding of emotional freedom technique, including the science behind this clinically-proven modality.​ You will also receive a certificate of attendance enabling you to apply for accredited Level 2 training to use EFT in a professional capacity (e.g. with private clients).
